Okay okay, here's my costume build for Romeo&Juliet...
This is called KAFTAN, it's basically 2 rectangles sewn together. The pattern was a little confusing, but once I grasped the concept, everything fell into place. Last pic is me trying it on

More photos of the Dance of Death gown that Judy wears in 9 to 5! I have never made a dress on the bias before, so it was an interesting experience. There's nothing like seeing your costumes up on the stage though!

Close up photos of Violet's corset for 9 to 5 with the velcro tearaway. Project took roughly 20 hours I believe? It was indeed a joy to make it! I'm ADDICTED to corset making!!!!!
